Volunteer

Volunteers are the heart of our event

A huge thank you goes out to the 500+ volunteers who helped us in 2017 and made our event such a success!

As we prepare for Race Weekend (October 19 – 21, 2018), we’re reaching out to you again for assistance with a wide variety of race elements, from race kit pickup, start/finish areas, water stations and route monitoring during the race.

Check out the different types of volunteers we need – specific details about meeting points and volunteer leaders will be posted closer to the time of our event.

We hope you can help for the day, but part day volunteers are also appreciated for a minimum of three (3) hours. We are looking for individuals as well as groups.

If you are interested in volunteering, please contact us at volunteer@legsforliteracy.com or register online.

We are looking for volunteers to work indoors, outdoors and on the route.   Check out the different types of volunteers we need – specific details about meeting points and volunteer leaders will be posted closer to the time of our event.
