Registration, Race Kit Pick-Up and Shirt Pick-up
For most participants you will be the first face-to-face contact runners will have with IGT Legs for Literacy – your expertise, friendliness, helpfulness and patience will form that critical first impression. In the eyes of the participants you’re a representative of the race and an ambassador for our City.
Registration and race kit pick-up occurs all day on Saturday, at our Expo at Delta Beauséjour Hotel at 750 Main Street. On Race Day morning, these operations will move to the Downtown Events Centre. You will be asked to do two main tasks; assign bib numbers and handout race kits or event specific t-shirts. Lunch will be provided to volunteers. There may be one training meeting in mid October followed by same day training on the morning of Saturday, October 20, 2018.
We need Registration/Check-In Volunteers from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Saturday, October 20, 2018 and 6:00 AM - 8:30 AM on Sunday, October 21, 2018.

Are you looking to have some fun while participating in Greater Moncton’s premier Marathon event? Come join a dynamic group of volunteers on the front lines of the IGT Legs for Literacy
Marathon Weekend. We provide information to participants and spectators about every aspect of the event. We know the details of each race, the Active Living Expo, show course maps, registration and kit pick-up process, as well as general information about the tri community area. Worried you might not know the answer? No problem! A more experienced volunteer will always be nearby to help you respond to questions you don’t know how to answer. We are the ambassadors for more than 4,000 competitors and countless spectators that come out for Race Weekend.
Multilingualism is an asset; however, we welcome all volunteers to the info booth. Come be a part of Greater Moncton’s growing road race event of the year.
